Ms. Dai is a highly experienced European patent attorney with over 13 years of expertise in European intellectual property. She has an extensive background, having worked at a prestigious patent firm in Paris and served as an inhouse patent attorney for a leading French technology company.

Ms. Dai has successfully handled hundreds of PCT, European, and French patent applications for clients. Her patent expertise covers digital security, encryption, AI, IoT, digital communications, and more. She is also adept in handling patent applications in mechanics, optics, automotive, medical devices, and conducting FTO and infringement analyses.

Ms. Dai represents clients in opposition proceedings before the European Patent Office, successfully defending her clients' patents or invalidating competitors' patents. She also assists clients in handling intellectual property complaints on e-commerce platforms.​
